Food Allergy

Foods can cause a variety of symptoms that are often overlooked.

As a Nurse Practitioner on most health insurance plans I am happy to take the time to discuss your symptoms and concerns with you. In many cases your health insurance will pay for a portion of food allergy testing when the correct codes are submitted on your lab order.

My approach is to do the initial blood testing which is different from what allergists offer. Once we see what foods you may be allergic or sensitive to, we can discuss how to work around the problem foods and I help you adjust to the dietary changes you need to make.
