Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is an ancient practice of working with feet to provide an opportunity to de-stress. Through foot reflexology different areas of the body can be accessed and restored to balance. After a session most people feel calmer yet energized, relaxed yet rejuvenated. The effects of a session can often be felt for days due to the shifting and grounding of your energy.

What should I expect?

A typical session lasts one hour. Your feet and senses will experience the benefit of essential oils through a foot soak at the beginning of your session. Additionally, calf stretching may be helpful if you suffer from foot pain. Reflexology of the feet is not painful but areas of sensitivity that relate to stressors in your body may be identified. You will remain fully clothed lying face up on a massage table.

Will my insurance pay for foot reflexology?

Often times health insurance will pay for sessions if you have foot, ankle or calf pain. Plantar fasciitis and other lower leg issues can often be helped with reflexology.

How long have you been practicing reflexology?

I was trained in a local Seattle area course that was 200 hours in length and specific to foot reflexology.
