About My Practice
My philosophy is based on individualized care and a holistic approach to wellness. My goal is to approach you as a whole person: body, mind and spirit.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) I offer comprehensive primary care for teens and adults including:
- general physical exams
- team sports physicals
- well-woman checkups
- acute care
- ongoing chronic health concerns - high blood pressure, high cholesterol, adult onset diabetes, hypothyroid or depression.
By taking time to listen to your concerns, I help you get the necessary information to make the best decisions for your health.
I often collaborate with conventional and complementary healthcare professionals in the Seattle area and offer a team approach.
My western medicine background and openness to alternative healthcare provides a bridge to all forms of care. |

My independent integrated medicine practice is located in The University Health Clinic on Roosevelt Way in
Seattle's University District. I share my office space with two Naturopathic Physicians and a Licensed Acupuncturist.
